Family Ties
Last week, my Ate Ricci and my Tita Pinky asked me to do an errand for them. They asked me to give their Christmas presents to their friends in the office. Well, my Ate Ricci is on leave while my Tita Pinky resigned a few years ago.
SCENARIO 1: ME: Excuse me, kayo po si Ms. Nanette? MS. NANETTE: Yes. Why? ME: Ako po yung pamangkin ni Tita Pinks. MS. NANETTE: Ah ikaw ba? Kamukha mo nga siya eh. -------------------------
SCENARIO 2: MS. JASMINE: Are you Ricci's cousin? ME: Yes ma'am. MS. JASMINE: You look like her kasi eh!
Okay. So, now it's proven that I'm not adopted. At least I know that I'm a true blue Siopongco. I'm definitely part of this clan.
More than anything, I'm very happy to be part of this family. I always look forward to our twice/thrice a month lafang sessions. I must say that we're a close knit family. We've been through tough times but we see to it that we're always together. These are one of the things I'm thankful for. It's truly a blessing to be part of this family. :)
